The newly sworn-in District Chief Executive (DCE) for the Kwahu Afram Plains North District Assembly, Hon. Kate Mawusi Babanawo, officially assumed office yesterday, 19th May 2025, to commence her duties.
As part of her first day in office, Hon. Babanawo met with the District Coordinating Director, his deputies, and the management of the Assembly for a formal introduction and briefing on current developments within the district.
She also paid courtesy calls on the District Police Commander and the District Forest Officer, where she engaged in fruitful discussions aimed at fostering collaboration for the development of the district.
The various meetings were productive, and the DCE expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the staff for the warm reception and openness shown during her interactions. She called for continued cordial relations and teamwork among all stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of services and the overall betterment of the people of Kwahu Afram Plains North.
