Richard Kings Atikpo, a 39 Years old Electrical Engineer has been elected as a member of Council of State for the Oti Region.
Richard won 11 out if a total vote cast of 15 to emerge the winner to represent the Oti Region at the Council of State.
This happened Friday, February 12, 2021, during the elections conducted by the Electoral Commission for new regional representatives to the Council of State across the country.
