The Agordeke-Kpando Torkor ferry has been running on one engine for some time now which poses a life threat to our people. Additionally, both Agordeke and Kpando Torkor don’t have a befitting landing site to serve our people properly.
It will be noted that the Ekye-Adawso ferry has also being running on one engine for years now. This has led to its frequent breakdowns with the ferry breaking down about 5times in March 2024 alone.
This is unacceptable and something must be done about it.
